Katharine Came Back From Vegas and All I Got Was...

Remember last week, I told you all that Katharine was leaving me...she was going to Vegas...some of you thought she was REALLY leaving. Well, she did come back and she brought me PRESENTS! I love presents in case anyone is wondering and has some extra cash lying around. My presents were the most unique presents that a wife gets a husband. I got a T-Shirt that says:

...a shirt that I can't wear ANYWHERE...maybe to my next family breakfast...depending who goes. And the other present I got was a full set of hooker trading cards...that's right, I said HOOKER TRADING CARDS. Apparently all the legal prostitutes in Vegas were handing out business cards on the street and I've got myself a full set...complete with full color photos, phone numbers and "special" prices. I don't think I'd feel good about being the hooker advertised as today's Blue Light Special.

So there I was looking for some friends to trade with and strangely enough, none of my friends have hooker trading cards. Really, it's funny...you have to see them, but I won't post them here since some of you are offended that I even mentioned hooker trading cards. I'll just keep them on my nightstand...just in case. ;-)

Great gifts! Hilarious and unique - something that I would buy for someone, too. I like Katharine's sense of humor!

I love the T-shirt! The last time I was in Vegas, we were in a convenient store looking for gum...ended up picking up business cards that contained summaries of 'special services' – they're placed between items. & NO, we didn't plan to use them....just souvenirs!

After looking at the poor girl on "special" for $39... I thought.. "I complain WAY too much about my job... it really could be worse. A LOT worse"!!!!

I suppose I should be grateful for a philosophic turn of mind, but there are some observations that Mr. Darcy doesn't want to hear about.

So that's what the saying "take it out in trade" means?
