I Love Macs...And Other Tales That Will Confuse You
"Update that Mac you haven't used in 6 months and see how it goes. It's time to REALLY learn how to use it"
I installed everything...all the crap that I use on a PC and then some. Then some = Widgets. Widgets, in case you haven't been fortunate enough to discover this, give you a crapload of functionality using the Dashboard...for crying out loud...just get a Mac and install the frikkin OS. Why am I telling you all this?
I know what some of you are thinking...the goatee goes away and all of a sudden Jeff likes Macs. Years and years of hate, and now he's pushing what he once considered the evil operating system. You're thinking I'm some other Jeff from a Mirror Universe. If you're thinking that way...you're just enough of a geek to own a Mac. And I mean that in a good way...for once!
P.S. Don't confuse this for a love of the Unix Monster that lives beneath the Mac OS...that will ALWAYS suck.

The first time I ever bought a $10 scratch ticket. EVER. I scratched my numbers. I scratched the winning numbers. I got a 2, my number was 12. I got a 19, my number was 9. You get the idea. I was pretty excited when I scratched off one of the prizes and it said "1 MIL"...I've never seen "1 MIL" on a scratch ticket. I didn't win "1 MIL"...if I did, I wouldn't be posting today...I'd be out having lobster and buyng new furniture! I didn't even win a dollar. Fuck $10 scratch tickets.
It's a French sci-fi film about a pyramid that appears in the sky over New York in 2095 as the gods of ancient Egypt are judging Horus. Sounds pretty fucked up, doesn't it? I wasn't sure at first myself when I started to watch it. It was an "interesting" movie and that's not to say it was bad. It was an awkward combination of live action and animation, but not in the traditional sense. All the characters were meant to be real people, but apparently the budget only allowed for 5 real actors and actresses...the rest...why not create them digitally? Costs less that way. Who needs real people to tell a story anyway? If I ever make a movie...I don't think I'll use real people either. Oh wait...I've made 3 movies and I only used the voices of real people...does that count?
